Draft Rules
DCR has published a draft of proposed rules for 19 CSR 100-1.200 and draft revisions for 19 CSR 100-1.060, 19 CSR 100-1.100, and 19 CSR 100-1.190. The rules, and online form to provide feedback by August 21, 2025, can be found on DHSS's Pre-Rulemaking Stakeholder Feedback Webpage.
