Eligibility Tools

To apply for a cannabis microbusiness license in Missouri, individuals who will be majority owners must meet at least one of the eligibility criteria outlined in Article XIV, Section 2 of the Missouri Constitution. The Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) provides an online dashboard listing Missouri ZIP codes and census tracts that meet the microbusiness program eligibility criteria for unemployment and poverty rates, unaccredited school districts and historic rate of marijuana-related incarceration.

To view the qualifying data, select the eligibility category at the top of the dashboard. The information is updated before each microbusiness licensing application window opens.
