Microbusiness Applicant Lottery Drawing Results:
Pursuant to 19 CSR 100-1.060(6)(A)2 and 3, applications were assigned unique identifiers for the microbusiness round three lottery drawing based on Missouri congressional districts as drawn and effective December 6, 2018. The congressional district chosen in the application has been verified using the proposed facility address provided. If an applicant’s proposed facility address was not located within the applicant’s chosen congressional district, the department used the congressional district where the applicant’s proposed address is located.
Selection of an application by the lottery does not guarantee all information within the application is complete, correct, or approved by the Department of Health and Senior Services. If an application is selected for licensure, the Department may request that additional information be provided by the applicant before a license is issued and will communicate the timeframe required for response to each request. Applicants must provide the requested information within the required timeframe, or the application will be subject to denial. If, after a license has been issued, the Department determines a licensee is not eligible for microbusiness ownership or does not meet minimum standards, the license may be revoked.
