Whole Person Health

Co-Chairs are:

This subcommittee will focus on all aspects of health as a person ages, not just physical health. They will also look at mental/behavioral health, dental/oral health, hearing health, vision health, and how all of the systems could work better together to care for older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.
