HCBS Rate Study
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires states to formally review rates for waiver services at least once every five years. The purpose of a rate study is to determine whether the fee schedule rates being paid to providers are reasonable and appropriate given market conditions. The information included here includes rate study information related to services authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services.
