3.15	Authorized Nurse Visits	Updates include: Additional screenshots providing examples for APC authorizations with no monthly or weekly nurse visits in Fusion. Language added under the Authorization section, stating that combined nurse visits can be separated if the need is justified. Instructions on how to authorize separate visits can be found in the recently released Fusion 5 video, located under the Training section on the Fusion webpage.
3.20	RCF-ALF Personal Care State Plan	Updates include: Sections added and organized to improve clarity and ease of understanding

The revised policies have been posted in the HCBS Policy Manual.
