Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant FFY 2027

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) is soliciting public comment on the proposed use of Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant funds for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027, covering the period starting October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027.

Please note, the information in this proposal is for Title V MCH Block Grant funding only and does not include other state and federal funding to address maternal, fetal, infant or child fatality and support maternal, child and family services and programming.
