RCAL License
A licensed residential care and assisted living administrator (RCAL) oversees a licensed residential care facility and/or assisted living facility in Missouri.
The Board reviews applications at their scheduled meetings to determine if the applicant is qualified to examine or receive a license. The applicant will be notified via email of the Board’s decision and next steps of obtaining licensure.
