NHA License Renewal
Administrators due to renew in 2023 and forward are required to complete all required continuing education (CE) clock hours in-seat or can complete a maximum of half of the total required hours through online continuing education programs (web-based, teleconference, self-study, and webinar).

Current Renewal Cycle

Late Renewal Cycle
If you fail to renew by June 30 of your current renewal cycle, you cannot practice as a licensed administrator after that date.

NAB CE Registry
The NAB CE Registry is an online system that is free of charge to licensed administrators. This system will enable you to track both CE approved by NAB/NCERS and non-NCERS approved CE.

Pursuant to state law 41.950.1(4), RSMo, if your administrator license expires while performing military service, you may renew your administrator license within sixty days after completing such military service without penalty. Upon completion of the military assignment, you will need to provide our office with evidence of the deployment and renew as if you had renewed on time.
