HCBS Web Tool System Enhancements

The following enhancements to the CyberAccess HCBS Web Tool have been completed and are scheduled for implementation on March 19, 2014:

Participant Case Summary screen

  • Units authorized for the Personal Care - Consumer Directed task of Essential Transportation will now display on both print versions available from the Participant Case Summary screen.

Case Activity screen

  • The page number dropdown selection has been corrected in the Attachments section.

The following enhancements are only applicable to 27 type HCBS providers authorized and trained to complete reassessments:

  • The disease search feature on the interRAI HC Section I question 2 has been improved and will return ICD-10 codes for the selected disease.
  • Adult Day Care will be available as a service option for participants with ME Code 04 who are 18-62 years of age in the Care Plan Services section of the Assessment screen.
