HCBS Web Tool System Enhancements

The following enhancements to the HCBS Web Tool have been completed and are scheduled for implementation on May 31, 2019.

Attachments

• The list of attachment subjects displayed in the Attachment section of the Case Activity screen has been updated to reflect current forms and work processes.

Case Notes

• The character limit for a new case note has been increased from 1,000 characters to 2,500 characters.
