Stone Independent Research, Inc. Recalls EnhanceRx Dietary Supplement

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services received information regarding a recall of EnhanceRx, a dietary supplement, because it contains undeclared milk (whey protein). People who have an allergy to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

EnhanceRx is manufactured for and distributed by Secure Online Shopping Cart, LLC and sold nationwide via internet sales. This affected lots entered the marketplace on June 1st, 2013.

EnhanceRx is a dietary supplement packaged in a white plastic bottle containing 30 capsules per bottle.

There are two lots affected by this recall:

  • # 23002 (Exp. 06/20/2015)
  • # 23003 (Exp. 11/15/2015)
