Eco-Cuisine Recalls Product Because of Possible Health Risk
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services received information regarding a recall of Eco-Cuisine baking mix products because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
The baking mix products were distributed nationwide through direct sales and food service distribution centers. Products affected are:
