DHSS drafts new draft emergency rule for medical marijuana program

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has drafted a new emergency rule to address certain additional medical marijuana facility licensing/certification procedures. Specifically, this rule creates procedures for confirming acceptance of a license/certification and for issuing new licenses/certifications when they become available. DHSS is seeking public input on this draft rule until Nov. 6, 2019. Anyone who reviews the draft rule and would like to submit comments or suggestions may do so by emailing those comments to MMPublicComment@health.mo.gov by Nov. 6.
