Crunch Pak Issues Voluntary Recall of Limited Quantities of Crunch Pak Brand Apple Slices
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services received information that Crunch Pak® of Cashmere, Wash., is voluntarily recalling 5,471 cases of Crunch Pak® Apple Slices due to a possible health risk from Listeria monocytogenes.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
No illnesses have been reported in association with this recall to date.
