We are currently updating our system and will be receiving electronic registrations, updates and removals beginning January 27, 2020 at www.donatelifemissouri.org. You may complete and submit a paper registration form available here to register or update your donor designation. To remove your donor designation from the registry prior to January 27th, complete and submit the removal form located here.
