The Missouri Disease Reporting Online Portal (MODROP)
The Missouri Disease Reporting Online Portal (MODROP) is a method for reporting test results and case report information for submitters not yet onboarded to other reporting methods. The portal replaces paper CD-1 reporting to DHSS.
Currently only COVID-19 can be reported through the portal but DHSS plans to add other reportable conditions in the future. For information on reporting methods for other conditions, click here.
Transitioning from EpiTrax to ShowMe WorldCare
The original MODROP portal was developed in conjunction with the EpiTrax application. DHSS transitioned from EpiTrax to the ShowMe WorldCare application on August 26, 2024. A new version of MODROP is now available through ShowMe WorldCare.
Active users of the earlier version of MODROP were notified of the system transition via the email address linked to their MODROP account. These users were provided with new account credentials prior to the launch of ShowMe WorldCare in August 2024. If an individual needs to utilize MODROP and has not already received this information via email, a new request for an account must be submitted.
Intended Users of ShowMe WorldCare MODROP
This system is intended for use by medical providers and other state required reporting entities as specified in 19 CSR 20. Missourians not representing one of these entities should contact their local county health department if they have questions or concerns about reporting. What to Report in ShowMe WorldCare MODROP
Laboratory test information and case report information can be reported in MODROP.
