Medical providers who would like to enroll as a Missouri COVID-19 Vaccinator and meet the minimum requirements for ordering, distributing, storing and administering COVID-19 vaccine within their healthcare setting must utilize Missouri’s Immunization Information System, ShowMeVax, to complete the enrollment process. The Missouri Bureau of Immunizations has developed helpful tools to guide you through the COVID-19 Vaccinator Enrollment process, including provider enrollment FAQs, a provider enrollment checklist, and the provider enrollment training guide.

Please note, some medical professionals and students are authorized to administer vaccinations in partnership with an enrolled provider but cannot enroll as a provider who then orders, distributes and stores vaccine. To register with the State of Missouri as a volunteer vaccinator, visit ShowMeResponse.org.

Providers who are new to ShowMeVax must submit a signed copy of the Missouri Immunization Registry Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). If your organization does not have a signed MOA on file, email the signed MOA to vfc-smvsupport@health.mo.gov with the subject line “COVID Vaccinator MOA.” If your organization has multiple sites, include the Immunization Site Demographics Template along with the MOA. To request access to ShowMeVax, visit https://showmevax.health.mo.gov/smv/login.aspx. Providers CANNOT use Internet Explorer to access ShowMeVax.
