Yes. The ShowMe WorldCare team is working to add a description to each of the forms. This will be a work in progress as there are currently 458 active forms in production. 

Yes! A new BI Portal has been created and is now available to any system user with access to the data warehouse. Both the data warehouse and BI Portal utilize the same security roles that are in place for the ShowMe WorldCare application. This means that an individual user will have access to the same records in all three tools. 

To request data warehouse/BI Portal access, please submit an ASAP request.

• As a reminder, local public health agencies (LPHAs) are limited to two users per agency for data warehouse access as there is a cost associated with this connection. LPHA staff should coordinate to determine which staff will benefit most from access. DHSS will assess this limit on an ongoing basis. The steps to complete the ASAP are listed below.
• An end user must have an active ShowMe WorldCare account before submitting a data warehouse ASAP. Otherwise, the ASAP will be denied. 
• The steps to complete the data warehouse ASAP request are:
  • Log into the ASAP website. For any log-in issues, please contact the State ITSD Help Desk. The ShowMe WorldCare team does not manage ASAP and cannot assist with ASAP log-ins. 
  • Area Type: Health Applications
  • Health Area Type: ShowMe WorldCare: Data Warehouse
  • Request Type: Add access
  • Role: Default role()
  • Other Role/Report Type: None
  • Comments and/or reason for requesting access: Provide justification for why the data warehouse is needed above and beyond the reports available within the ShowMe WorldCare application itself.
