The Complaint Forms webpage provides individuals and entities a way to notify the Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) of problems or concerns regarding the cannabis program in Missouri. By sharing your concerns, you help us protect public health and safety and keep the cannabis program running properly.
Per 19 CSR 100-1, the Division of Cannabis Regulation may receive complaints related to:
- Any medical or marijuana facility licensee.
- Individual cardholders including agents, patients, caregivers, patient/caregiver cultivators or consumer personal cultivators.
- Physicians or nurse practitioners.
- A specific product.
Any complaint under DCR authority may be submitted using the online complaint form. Complaint forms should include all known information related to the incident. Multiple complaints should be submitted separately.
Current and former employees, contractors, owners and volunteers of a licensee who, in good faith, report potential rule violations to the department may not be subjected to retaliation of any kind by the licensee because of their report.
DCR reviews each complaint based on the information provided below and determines whether the allegations in the complaint warrant further investigation.
Complaints must be submitted using this Complaint Form.
