SUBJECT: State of the Workforce-Aging and Disabilities (SoTW-AD) Survey
This memorandum serves to advise Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Agency Model (in- home or RCF/ALF) as well as adult day care providers that the Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS) has concluded the review of the 2025 State of the Workforce-Aging and Disabilities (SoTW-AD) survey responses.
On May 15, 2026, DSDS will issue a one-time value-based payment of $2,000 to providers who fully and accurately completed the SoTW-AD survey in the fall. This payment will appear on the remittance advice accompanying your Medicaid reimbursement.
