This training provides an overview of how to operate the food program and manage CACFP paperwork in your child care center. This training is for child care centers only and is intended for child care providers who have current contracts with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services or have submitted a program application to participate in CACFP. Attendance is required for new child care centers before application can be approved.

Infant Feeding class will follow Orientation if center cares for participants under 12 months of age. Infant Feeding class covers the requirements of the CACFP policy on claiming infant meals, supporting breastfeeding, choosing infant formula, and other infant feeding topics.

New centers need to bring two weeks of menus to training to be reviewed by the nutritionist. Use this menu form.
