Become Registered/Licensed

To become a registered/licensed professional, you must attend the applicable in person course(s). To register for the next available course, complete the applicable registration form(s) below and pay the course fee(s) online using the payment link below. Return your completed registration form(s) to OWTScourses@health.mo.gov.

NOTE: You will not be registered until your payment AND registration forms are received. You will receive an automatic notification when your email is received and another email notification once your registration has been processed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: You must be 18 or older to become a licensed Installer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You are not eligible for a refund of any course fee paid if you fail to cancel prior to your scheduled course date. You will not be rescheduled; you must submit a new application and full course fees.
  • If you contact the program prior to your scheduled course date you may be eligible to reschedule or request a partial refund.
