The Missouri State Health Assessment (SHA) provides an overview of the current health status of the state, focusing on health risks and outcomes, as well as resources and programs available to improve the health of Missourians. It was developed in tandem with the Missouri State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) plan, which serves as a roadmap to improve the health and safety of all Missourians.
