3.20RCF/ALF Personal Care – State Plan (Agency Model)

Updated to include:

  • Medically Related Household tasks language revised for clarification and support in authorizing the task
  • Essential Correspondence added as a task to assist participants with reading, writing, and managing paperwork or communication when they are unable to do so independently
9.00 Appendix 1DHSS Notice of Privacy Policies

Updated to include:

  • Department issued expanded version with an effective date of February 1, 2026

The revised policies have been posted in the HCBS Policy Manual.
