Ombudsman Program Updates

Effective 10/1/26, VOYCE will no longer cover the Northeastern part of the state (NEMO). The Area Agency on Aging will be hiring an Ombudsman for the area. During this time of transition, Ombudsman Janette McGirt, will cover phone calls from NEMO. If you need to reach Janette, please call 636-442-7036.

Ronda Giger and Rebecca Baker are no longer with Aging Best. On 9/14/26, Rachael Kiser started as a new Regional Ombudsman Coordinator. Aging Best will be hiring an Ombudsman Program Director and an additional Regional Ombudsman Coordinator for the region.
