Pursuant to 19 CSR 100-1.020(1)(A), the Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) is waiving the requirement for Agents to have a government-issued photo ID on their person at all times while the agent identification card is visible under 19 CSR 100-1.070(2)(C).
DCR has determined that good cause exists to grant this waiver as other security measures in place make an additional form of identification unnecessary. Therefore, Agents will only need their department-issued agent ID card while performing work in a licensed facility or on behalf of a licensed or certified facility.
