Attention all EMT-Basics, Paramedics, and Intermediates licensed by the Missouri Bureau of EMS. Beginning July 1, 2010, the Department will no longer issue paper license cards to our licensees.  The Department will instead send an electronic copy of your license to the email address or fax number specified on your licensure/relicensure application. Emailing your licensing/relicensing material to us can expedite the process by 5 to 7 business days.

Questions about the new process? Call the Bureau of EMS at 573-751-6356 or email us at emslicensing@health.mo.gov.
