Annual Fees
Annual facility license fees are due within 30 days of licensure or certification and yearly within 30 days after the anniversary date each year thereafter. The date of licensure/certification is the date the facility received its facility license or certification approval notice from the Department. It is the licensee’s responsibility to submit the appropriate payment by the due date, as the Department will not issue a payment due notice.

Change Request Fees
Fees for Change Requests are charged when a facility submits a request for change per 19 CSR 30-95.040(4)(C).  Change Request fees are remitted during the Change Request application submission process. 

New Application Fees
An application fee is due at time of application for a medical marijuana certification or license.  Please note:  The Department is currently only accepting new applications for Facility Agents, Medical Marijuana Transportation and Seed-to-Sale (software vendors providing point of sale service).   Applications for cultivation, infused product manufacturing, testing laboratory, and dispensary facilities are currently closed. At such time that new applications are to be accepted for these facility types, the Department will post notice on this website and the applicable fee would apply.

Renewal Fees
Most medical marijuana licenses and certifications are valid for three years. Every third year, licensees must submit an application for license renewal, along with the accompanying fee. Renewal applications and fees must be submitted at least 150 days prior to expiration, but no sooner than 250 days. Licensees will receive a notice from the Missouri Medical Marijuana Registry Portal reminding them when renewal applications and associated fees are due. Renewal applications and fees are not required for Seed-to-Sale certifications, which have no expiration. Please note, in years that license renewal is due, remittance of the annual fee is still required.

How to Pay
With the exception of seed to sale certification fees, all facility license and certification fees must be remitted through the Medical Marijuana Registry Portal.
