ID Cards issued after December 8, 2022 are effective for 3-years.
New Application Fees
An application fee is due at time of first application for a Patient, Caregiver, or Patient Cultivator license.
Renewal Fees
Patient, Caregiver, and Patient Cultivator licenses are valid for one year. Licensees must submit an application for license renewal, along with the accompanying fee prior to expiration of license. Renewal applications and fees can be submitted no sooner than 60 days prior to the Expiry date listed on the back of the license ID card.
How to Pay
All license fees must be remitted through the Medical Marijuana Registry Portal at the time of application submission.
