The MOWINS Help Desk will check email and voicemail frequently during the closure times and will respond as soon as possible.
SUBJECT 3: Nutrition Assessment and Goal Setting Recorded Webinars. The recorded Participant-Centered Nutrition Assessment and Effective Goal Setting and Information Sharing in WIC webinars have been posted. They are located in the Training Portal. All CPAs, dietitians, and nutritionists are required to view the webinars. If you did not view the live webinar, please view the recorded version and complete the online survey to receive your certificate. JOB POSTING: WIC Nutritionist - Platte County Health Department WIC. Seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) nutritionist to provide individual assessment, counseling, and support for breastfeeding, pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age 5. Duties also include individual and group education and being accountable for daily clinic functions. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition including 15 credit hours of food and nutrition. WIC experience is preferred. The applicant must be reliable and able to work in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor is expected at all times. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.

JOB POSTING: Full Time WIC Nutritionist - Pettis County Health Center. The Pettis County Health Center is accepting applications for a full time nutritionist in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. This position is responsible for providing nutrition and breastfeeding education and support to eligible families. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, public health nutrition, human nutrition, nutritional sciences, nutrition and fitness, sports nutrition, restaurant and food service management, foods, family and consumer sciences, human environmental sciences, or home economics at a minimum; included or supplemented by at least 15 hrs. in foods and nutrition from a 4-year program including at least one (1) course in diet therapy or medical nutrition therapy I & II and one (1) course in community nutrition or life cycle nutrition.
