Partial WIC Formula Redemption - (WIC-21)
This form is used by WIC retailers when they do not have enough formula in their stock to meet the demands on a WIC Check. When completed by the retailer and returned to the local agency by the participant, the participant can be given an additional food instrument to make up the difference of what was not available before.
Missouri WIC Identification (ID) Folder - (WIC-17)
WIC participants must present their WIC Participant ID folder when they purchase WIC approved foods using WIC checks at WIC authorized retailers. The participant or proxy must sign the ID folder and show it to the retailer for ID verification when purchasing WIC foods. Local agencies must give an ID folder to each active participant family.

Health and Nutrition Assessment Handbook (HNAH)
This handbook provides basic information on the process and procedures for the Missouri WIC program as referred in policies.
Anthropometric - This section provides guidance on anthropometric equipment purchases as well as the procedures on how to obtain and record accurate anthropometric data reflective of the participant's category.
Biochemical - This section provides guidance on biochemical criteria, such as hemoglobin testing, to screen for iron deficiency anemia. This screening, along with other medical risk criteria, is used to determine nutrition risk eligibility for the WIC program.

Guide to Coordinating WIC Services During Disasters - This guidance contains information to help WIC state agencies plan for meeting the needs of WIC participants and potential, newly-eligible WIC applicants prior to and during a disaster response. It can also be used to plan for continued WIC operations during emergencies or other situations of distress. The information is designed to assist Headquarters and Regional Office staff, as well as WIC state and local agency staff, in their development of an executable WIC disaster plan.

Guide to Separation of Duties Report - The purpose of the Separation of Duties report is to ensure separation of duties is occurring at the local agency to avoid conflict of interest and to safeguard against fraud. The Separation of Duties report can be used as a tool to complete the required review. As the Separation of Duties report is run, it is designed to automatically pull all nonbreastfeeding infant certification records and a 20 percent random sampling of the remaining certification records for the days during which only 1 WIC staff person performed all eligibility and certification functions.
