How to Start a Falls Prevention Coalition

Your community can create a falls prevention coalition.  To get started, check out the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Community Health Improvement Resources guide.

We also invite you to share our multimedia kit on falls prevention with your community.  The kit includes an adult falls podcast, a PowerPoint presentation and a video.
