Reciprocity
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Lead Licensing Program, currently has a reciprocity agreement with the following state:
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Lead Licensing Program will also accept reciprocity from EPA run states:
- Alaska
- Arizona
- Florida
- Idaho
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Mexico
- New York
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Wyoming
To apply for licensure under reciprocity, an individual must complete a Lead Occupation License Reciprocity Application form and submit all appropriate documentation as requested on the application.
Individuals applying for a lead abatement supervisor, lead inspector or risk assessor license under reciprocity will soon be required to take Missouri's third party reciprocity exam.
