How Today’s Consumer Trends Are Driving Dairy Innovation
Today’s consumers are more interested than ever in how their food is produced and where it comes from. They also rely on a wider variety of sources to get information that forms their opinions on dairy-related topics and purchases. Join Jonathan Lutkowski, senior vice president at Edelman Intelligence; Cindy Sorensen, vice president of Business Development at Midwest Dairy and Madlyn Daley, senior vice president of Strategy, Insights and Planning at Dairy Management Inc., to learn how consumer and lifestyle trends, including the emerging values of trust and transparency, are fueling fundamental changes in the marketplace and affecting food purchase decisions. During the session you’ll learn about the motivations, attitudes and concerns that are top of mind for today’s consumers, and how these insights are inspiring product innovators to develop dairy foods that meet these evolving consumer needs. This live webinar hosted by Midwest Dairy Association on September 26th from 1:00-2:30 p.m. is part of an ongoing series on consumer confidence topics that are important to your staff, partners and dairy community stakeholders. It will also highlight how retailers can share consumer confidence messages in store aisles, in advertising and via social media. This webinar will also be recorded for replay at a later date.
