  4. FFY14 Caseload Increases: The WIC funding formula which began in FFY 2014 allows for a midyear increase for all LWPs that have served more than 2% over their beginning annual caseload. The LWPs that are eligible for an increase have been notified and instructed how to request the increase. The contract SOW 12.2.2 shown below describes how this adjustment is determined. LWPs no longer receive a reduction of funds during the fiscal year due to drop in caseload, however please monitor as this affects FFY2015 funding.

      1. The Department may increase the projected annualized caseload participation in an annual contract review after six months. An increase in the contract amount will only be considered if:
        1. Additional funds are available.
        2. The agency’s percentage of participants served is more than 2% over the contract starting caseload participation amount.
        3. The increase shall be the net amount served above 2% over the contract starting caseload participation amount.
