SUBJECT 1: 2012 Contract Scope of Work
SUBJECT 2: Shipping Schedule for New Missouri WIC Approved Food Lists

  1. 2012 Contract Scope of Work:  It will soon be time to complete the WIC Local Agency Plan for the coming fiscal/contract year.  Knowing what changes the contract will include is an important part of the planning process.  Attached is the Fiscal Year 2012 Local Agency Nutrition Services Contract Scope of Work for local WIC providers.  In some instances wording was revised for clarity or to match policy; in others, paragraphs were moved or combined for consistency.  The reimbursement rate for the 2012 contract year will be $13.00 per participant served.  Please contact your assigned WIC technical assistance staff with any questions about the scope of work.  (ONE ATTACHMENT)

  2. Shipping Schedule for New Missouri WIC Approved Food Lists (Effective:  October 1, 2011 – September 30, 2013:The Missouri WIC Food Lists (Effective: October 1, 2011 – September 30, 2013) are being printed.  DHSS warehouse will begin shipping them according to the following schedule:

The updated Local WIC Provider Supply Request Form (WIC 8) will be available through WIC Update in 2-3 weeks.  Local WIC providers need to order additional food lists as needed.
