  2. Program for Dietetic Interns (PDI) Survey: The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Program for Dietetic Interns (PDI) has received several inquiries regarding the possibility of providing the PDI as a part-time program.  Currently, the PDI is a full-time program covering 40-41 weeks.  A part-time program would allow the nutritionist to participate in the program part-time while also allowing the nutritionist to continue to work part-time in their local agency.  In order to evaluate and determine what would meet the needs of the nutritionist/intern, and also be possible for the PDI to provide, we are requesting your input through a survey.  Please provide the following survey link to all nutritionists in your agency who have not completed a dietetic internship program (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MS73RWP) and ask that they complete the survey by 9/16/2010.  If you have any questions, please contact Vicki Strickland at Vicki.Strickland@health.mo.gov or 800-392-8209.
