  2. 2006 Enhancement Grant Billing: Deadline September 30, 2006 Enhancement Grantees have completed various projects across the state and now is the time to bill for reimbursement on the approved budgets.  If you have not or will not be billing for your entire budgeted amount, please let us know.  If you require a minor revision to the budget that resulted from some items not costing as much as budgeted, please email Kathleen Davis with a request for a change.  She will review the request and let you know by email if the change can be approved.  All funding must be spent by September 30. 2006.  After that date we are not allowed to spend this funding.  You may bill on your September WIC-24 for the costs incurred up to September 30, 2006.  If you know now that you will not be able to spend the funding as budgeted, please let us know, so it may be used to benefit the program in another way before the end of the budget period.  Questions:  573-526-2821
