Colorado Firm Recalls Various Meat Products Due To Soy Lecithin

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services received information regarding a recall of 144,000 pounds of meat and poultry products (including bratwurst / brotwurst, fully cooked sausage-type products, and raw fresh products) because of an undeclared allergen and misbranding.
