Fertility Rate MICA
The Fertility Rate MICA provides rates for live births (fertility) and pregnancies (the summation of live births, induced abortions and fetal deaths) per 1,000 females. The rate for "All Ages" is total live births or pregnancies per 1,000 females age 15-44.
Population estimates back to the last decennial Census are updated annually to reflect the most recently released estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau. The next update is planned for Wednesday, March 19, 2014. This update will load 2012 data and revise 2011 data. Due to the change in population estimates, 2011 rates obtained from this site after the update will differ from the rates currently posted. Rates for years 2010 and earlier are locked and will not change. If you have questions about population estimates, please contact the Bureau of Health Care Analysis and Data Dissemination at 573-751-6272.
