Recently, the Missouri State Board of Nursing released a list of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenses that have been suspended due to failure to file or pay State income taxes, per the Missouri Revised Statutes, Chapter 324, Section 324.010, No delinquent taxes, condition for renewal of certain professional licenses.
If a nurse’s license is suspended for any reason, they are not allowed to practice as a nurse in your long-term care facility.
Please visit the Missouri State Board of Nursing at: http://pr.mo.gov/nursing.asp.
