The Second Quarter 2012 Certificate of Need (CON) Quarterly Survey will be mailed to all licensed long-term care facilities in Missouri. This survey must be completed and returned by July 15, 2012 per CSR 30-82.010(8). Failure to respond could cause your facility to become ineligible for any of the expansion provisions under the current CON law. It could also result in a competitor being granted a CON to build or expand in your service area. Please note that CON law, Sections 197.300 to 197.366 RSMo, requires that you report your occupancy data accurately and in a timely fashion. If you have any questions, please contact the Section for Long-Term Care Regulation at 573-526-8514. The completed survey will be accepted by regular mail, fax, or E-Mail:
