- Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Resource Program - A program for caregivers living in the home that can award them $1000 annually for purchases of a variety of things, including respite care, supplies such as Boost/incontinence supplies and a vast many other options. This can be used in conjunction with Structured Family Caregiving Waiver services (services offered through HCBS for individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other related diagnoses).
